This is my first ever blog post. Get out of town and all that you may say. Despite the fact that the internet has been around for nigh twenty years now, and that I'm considered a member of the "tech generation"m I've never blogged. Before now, I had never had much interest in it. I looked upon it with the cynicism that all it was, was self obsessed ranting. I thought it would be far too conformist to make or write a blog. But I guess my views have changed. Or else I wouldn't be writing this blog. Conformity can happen to even the most individualized individuals.
In any case, I will probably label this as a General blog, until I decide to write on a more narrow focus, if I ever do. Who knows? I consider myself a rather good writer, and I think I am able to write in a wide variety of topics. In any case, a preview at some possible topics:
-My mother and I are on a mission to watch all of the Academy Award Winners for Best Picture. I'll give you the low-down on my viewing experience.
-Politics. Yes, I will give you a look at the great well of my political beliefs. You are entitled to disagree, but I'd prefer you read what I have to say before commenting.
-Product placement. Yeah, sometimes I think I'll recommend products. If people like it, I'll continue it.
-My various other whims. My mind can be quite chaotic.
